IBM PCOMM VBA WithEvents

Question
-
hello, I'd like to determine where the forum for IBM Pcomm VBA related questions exists if it does at all ?
My question would be with reference to IBM PCOMM VBA WithEvents Class Module declaration as it appears that the PS events for example can only be captured with manual keyboard input rather than via VBA SendKeys etc ?
a reference link provided here to coding an IBM Pcomm WithEvents solution that utilizes a Userform1 as a blocking call via DisplayGUI() that essentially blocks the VBA code from running, as well as, eliminates calling associated PS or OIA WithEvents event hanler VBA procedures.
REFERENCE THE "HOST ACCESSV58 PDF" FILE
thank you
Alan
