After the Windows OneCare auto upgrade early today, both the antivirus function and the firewall are disabled. After a reboot, everything comes up ok, but after about five minutes the antivirus and firewall icons turn red. I cannot manually enable the firewall from within OneCare, and the program hangs.
I would expect that the protection would fail to start, not shut down after it has started, so the above may not apply. Please contact support for help with this problem if the above doesn't correct it for you.
