  • Hello! I have had a trial version of OneCare and have just purchased a subscription.I have removed the trial version and removed Norton 360. I have received an E-Mail confirming my purchase and that my subscription is active. My problem is that I can find no program running on my computer that remotely has anything to do with OneCare! Help!!!!

  • Hello Cheryl, it wasn't necessary to uninstall the trial. Go to the One Care home page - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/3/default.htm and install the trial again. To activate open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
