Converting Emails to Cases on Behalf of an email box CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • We currently have multiple email boxes that have multiple users in our business.  Is it possible to be able to covert emails to cases in CRM 2013?  We have one box that will allow us to do so but not the others.

    With a plugin ( entity: email, step: pre-create) , create a case with the contents of the mail.
