Office 2010 on Windows 7: "The OneNote print driver is not installed properly" RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I try to insert documents in OneNote 2010 as editable printouts, I get an error message saying "The OneNote print driver is not installed properly".

Researching, I find that I am missing any Send to OneNote printer, and when I try to follow the instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952215, they don't work because I don't even appear to have a "Send To Microsoft OneNote Port" to connect to a printer.

Further, when I try to use Control Panel -> Programs to repair/re-install, the only option appears to be to uninstall, which I'd rather not do.   OneNote is not listed there, only Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (two copies, actually).

    How do I resolve this?

BTW, this tool seems to insist I select a forum category, but none of the options listed appear appropriate.
