Access to Dynamics Online RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

We would like to test MS Dynamics Online for integration with our platform, I was hoping we would get access via our Action Pack Subscription, but that does not appear to be case. We have been able to start work with an on-premises installation, but we have no idea if the hosted version will be identical.

We do have access to a Premium MSDN license, not sure if that includes access to an hosted dynamics solution.

Does anyone know if we can get access to a free version for development purposes?

  • Hi Tufan,

No free version for development purpose, only that you can download trial version and setup your server, it will there for 3 months.

Also Microsoft does not provide hosted environment, it is provided by other vendors.

    Thanks

  • I don't think that CRM Online is included with Action Pack or MSDN.  That being said, you do get the on-premise license with MSDN, so you can install it locally and test your integration.

The Online and On-Premise editions are identical, save for how you actually authenticate to access the web services.  Online will use Office365 integration authentication.

You can get a 30-day trial subscription to CRM Online, so if you get your integration to a point where you are ready to test it, you can get that trial and work out any issues within the trial timeframe.

    Good luck!
