how my site could be crawled by msn search. RRS feed

    dear all, my website which is : www.ningbo-electric.com has been crawled by GG for 2 weeks, but it seems it still was not crawled by msn, why? I have made the robots.txt (as: www.ningbo-electric.com/robots.com )

    and I use xhtml language to bulid my site, and I keep on buliding new pages for 2 weeks. Btw, I will to improve the pagerank of "push button swtiches" (at present, its PR is 1 green ), what is the way of improving it, the way similar to GG? Thanks for your help.
