    Dear All,

    On CRM 4 if we purchase 20 users liceses and if we are trying to add 21st user, the user will gets add on the CRM and will be in disabled mode. Is it applies same to the CRM 2011. Please clarify.

    Yes, it operates the same in CRM 2011 on premise as it does for CRM 4 on premise.

    Hi,

    Yes, at a time only 20 user will be enable, if yoiu created 21st user that will be in disable mode and you can enable any 20 user. It applies in crm 2011 also.
