New Computer with Windows 10 Won't Allow Log In - Work Computer Setup

    Question

  • Setup windows 10 as a work computer, entered email address so that Windows could find our organization.  It sent me to GoDaddy's login page.  Entered my credentials and then the computer switched screens and continued with setting up the account.  After it was all done the login screen appeared.  There were two options in the lower left hand corner, Other User and Password. 

    I selected other user and logged in with my credentials for GoDaddy, the response was "We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later".

    Checked the internet and it is connected.  How can I log in to this brand new computer now?

  • I have this exact same problem.  Did you ever find a fix?  I didn't find anything in any other forums but am still searching.
