Troubles with CRM Client RRS feed

  • 4.0 and RU14

    I have an XP sp3 user Outlook 2010 that refuses to connect to CRM ("server may be down".)  Her diagnostics reports a warning about 2 Outlook profiles.

    Another user claims it was working but started complaining that the client requires IE6; he has IE8.

    Any recommendations to solve these?  Any good Outlook Client troubleshooting sites?
