Email router stopped working for one queue CRM 2011 online RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a customer who's got two incoming queues for support mail. As of sunday only one of them is currently sending emails to the CRM and I'm quite puzzled why this has happened. In the email router setting tool the queues can access the email folder when I test the connections and we haven't changed anything on the email server since friday when things were working. There are no log records about the email router trying to fetch emails from the queue account that's not working any longer while there are log messages about it fetching messages from the other queue.

    I noticed that there was an update installed on sunday to UR12 of the email router from UR6. Are there any known issues with email router UR12 which could mess up ONE of the two queues?

    This is really annoying and the customer's a bit unsatisfied with not being able to handle emails since they're an online shop.
