I have purchase Sony VAIO laptop a year back, week ago I get it formatted at service station.They have installed Office 2010 silverlite instead of Office 2007,how can I get it back as silverlite does not have all features..

There is no such product as MS Office 2010 Silverlite.

You need to uninstall it, and reinstall your original licensed version of Office.
