  We are trying to upgrade a CRM 2013 sp1 database into  CRM 2015.

  We are getting the following errors:

  "the tables in the Dynamics CRM tables are not consistent with Dynamics CRM columns".

  "the columns in the Dynamics CRM database are not consistent with Dynamics CRM columns".
