  This question is specific to the MS CRM Mobile App which was in the market .

  When compared to Oracel / SAP / Sales force CRM App's is Microsoft CRM that much efficient and flexible to the customer ??

  Please provide me points on this and help me understanding about the '+ ' ve's of our app .
