I can see no problem with Activation here - it looks to me as if the system just needs validation....go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate and see if you pass validation (you'll be offered MSE and IE9 if so). Follow the instructions if not.Then reboot, and post another MGADiag report

Perhaps you should take a remedial course in performance updating PCs. I have never "bricked" a PC after performing a BIOS update.
