Editing posts created before LiveWriter

    Question

  • I really like how LiveWriter edits my posts, and I was wondering if there is any way I can retrieve posts that I made prior to using it for the first time. (Older posts to my blog.)

I would like to be able to edit my older posts with it, because it's just a lot more intuitive, faster, and there are seemingly more options available. If there's no way to do this via LiveWriter, do you have any suggestions: i.e., cutting and pasting old entries, etc.

I'd appreciate any feedback or help you can offer.

  • You certainly can. If you click on the Open button, and select your blog from the list on the left, then you can choose previously posted posts that are on the blog (whether they were posted with Writer or not). You can choose how many posts to display at the top of that window.
