microsoft 2007 suddenly not genuine RRS feed

  • Question

  • After 2 years of using my microsoft office 2007, it suddenly is now not genuine. I do not know what I have done or updated. I have 2 days left for the package to be marked not genuine. I have search through the internet for help, but I there seem not to be the answer I am looking for.

Please can someone help me out. Will I still be able to use the office packages: start a new page, save, edit? Will I loose all my documents after marked as not genuine? If I backup my data in a drive and buy windows 7, can I still see my data after installation and removal of 2007 package?

Please I need your guide, what is the best decision for me now?

I would be very glad if someone can help out with these problem. I don't want to loose all my data.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
