Unable to use psuedo locales after 1803 Win 10 update RRS feed

    Wondering if anyone else has had an issue using pseudo locales after the 1803 update? I had it enabled previously through the registry, did the 1803 update, then was no longer able to access the 3 pseudo locales. Went back to the registry, and the entries were gone. MSDN article below:
