Lately I got the error message of "unauthorized change was made to window" and my computer start to question whether my window was genuine. My window vista for business was per-installed with Fujitsu laptop. I have been using this window for 3 years but suddenly it's not genuine copy. I am sure that it is genuine. I also run this diagnosis test and the result as followed:

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)

S.A.T, you marked Noel's post as the Answer then unmarked it. Could you post back and tell us if the issue is resolved or not? And if not, post a new Diagnostic Report so we can see what has changed with the issue.
Thank you,
