  • Hi All,

    We are trying to configure multiple CRM online instances in one email router. Can any body tell me the possibilities for the same !!! Is it possible to configure multiple CM online instances into one email router?

    Yes you can do this ,

    Please follow the below instructions 

    You can deploy multiple number on online and on premise CRM in email router . you can add multiple CRM online instances for your existing pop and SMTP profile .

    1- configure email router 

    2-Add online CRM for your existing pop and SMTP 

    3-Test the result

    During the configuration, you can add multi deployment to add different instances.
