  • First of all, I notices you are using 'umxsdr.exe'. Which version SoraSDK? If not already, please use latest 'umxsdrbric.exe' or 'umxsdra.exe' in SoraSDK v1.8 (http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/ca9a93a1-2a38-4e3d-b87c-b7e8ddc46eae/)

The MAC address for your Sora PC is bounded to the 'HWTest.sys' driver, it is configured randomly at the driver starting up, and will not changed during normal use.

I guess you mean 'Last MAC Src' output of 'umxsdr.exe' are changing? If yes, it just means that the latest frame received and correctly decoded comes from this MAC address. If the MAC address is not the other Sora machine in your test, it may be other device's Wifi packets, such as Wifi laptop on Wifi mobile phone in this Wifi channel. To prevent, please change Sora's channel to a clear one by 'dut.exe'.
