Juniper & Internet Explorer & Microsoft Windows XP RRS feed

  • Hi ,

    Our Environment is ; Windows XP Sp3, Internet Explorer 8.0 and Juniper VPN Client (SA4000 ve SA4500 I've 7.03 build 16899) ..

    When some of our client try to connect to corporate network via VPN , JUniper VPN Service Connection icon does not appear on the notification area (clock and date part).

    The problem is ; when juniper client service try to install first time, even if the Internet explorer settings are correct,  we cannot see ActiveX warning window.Therefore some of the required juniper installations can not be completed.

    When we face this problem on a client, if we re-create a new profile for the user, everything works fine.

    But we have 1500 of users and this is a workaround solution so we need to find out the root cause and a definite resolution.

    Can You help me on this issue ?
