  Hi ?   I Don't Even Know if this is the Right Place To Ask This...

  Problem Reports and Solutions Says

  Your version of Microsoft Deprecated DLL Components isn't compatible with this version of Windows.

  Have Found KB 928228 (Article ID) {Analyze log file SFC.exe program generates, etc.}

  What Do I Do Delete Something, Very Cryptic Microsoft Instructions.

  There Should be a Full Description from Start to End, Preferably a Downloadable PDF for ease of Use!
