MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client Track Incoming email issue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Let me give a brief about my client system.

    MS CRM 2011 On premise with UR 14. Incoming and Outgoing profiles configured with Email Router.

    However client required features of Outlook CRM as well. Here is outlook client details:

    Outlook 2010 32 bit with UR 18. Track enabled only for "E-mail Messages in response to CRM e-mail"

    Email is sent to agent from CRM Administrator. Agent should track this email before sending it to customer. This will make sure any later emails will be tracked automatically.

    The issue is manual track of incoming email works fine. But automatic track sometimes breaks and upon tracing found the issue being logged as "EmailTagger::Could not get entryid for email with subject". Has anyone encountered these kind of automatic tracking issue for incoming emails?
