Microsoft Office Counterfeit Software

Question
-
I have question regarding Counterfeit Software.
Is it legal for any seller to sell Microsoft Software Product Keys to a Home User/End User, when those Product Keys are for MSDN?
How is possible to verify those Keys trough Microsoft Activation Center by speaking to a person, that Key is valid, Genuine?
After 5 months Key was blocked by Microsoft.
I have contacted Microsoft and I have submitted Counterfeit Software Report, year 2012, nothing is done about that.
Seller is still running and continues selling Microsoft Software.
This is website that does that.
http://www.bestwholesalesoftware.com/
WARNING DO NOT BUY SOFTWARE FROM THAT LINK!!!!
Any help on how this can be submitted, idk maybe to Microsoft Legal Team?
Thank you

Well, doesn't sound legal to me at all. Just like you did, I passed this information to my local MS contact person. Thanks for caring!

Thank you very much for your answer.
I'm home user and have purchased Office Professional 2010 Plus trough that site.
I have called Microsoft Activation Center to verify Product Key and I was told that key is Genuine
and MCA person did help me activate software but later the key was blocked.
