SSRS: CRM Entity Form not getting open from Custom Reports RRS feed

  • Question

  • Clicking the specific record on report is not redirecting to the corresponding entity record form on ms crm 2013.

    The expression we used on action to open the url is-
    =IIF(IsNothing(Parameters!CRM_URL.Value), system.DBNull.value, Parameters!CRM_URL.Value & "?ID={" & Fields!Contract_GUID.Value.ToString() & "}&LogicalName=ubs_contracts")

    When we try to redirect , IE says - cannot display the webpage.

    Please suggest.

  • Hi Saad,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I think i am able to find out the cause why i wasnt able to OPEN the URL.
    The Server Name part in the URL requires the fully qualified name ie servername.domainname.net instead of just a server name.
    How do we pass a fully qualified name in the CRM_URL parameter ?

  • create a custom parameter in the report and change it for different organisations.
