Question regarding Browse Forums Users page RRS feed

  • Question

  • Just out of curiosity, what is the criteria used for the listings on Browse Forums Users?  The sorting and selection is very odd (doesn't seem to be ordered by any single property...)

I'd have expected it to be arranged by recognition or total answers, etc - though the sorting doesn't match any of those.

  • HI Reed !

I think its the old point system we have here which is not synch with current Recognition Point System. I am sure someone from Microsoft will comment on this.

Also this "Browse Forums Users" doesn't show you accurate results. This system is out dated and they will probably discontinue this. If you see the Experience Tab in your profile page you will noticed that Number of Replies / Posts and Number of Answers don't match with what you will see in "Browse Forums Users" Page.

Please let me know if this doesn’t work for you. Hope I have answered you correctly.

    Thanks,

  • As Hasham said, it's the pre-new recognition points calculation and it never was updated to reflect correct points.
