I need Subscription account to One Care moved from former pc to this current computer RRS feed

  • Please help me with this subscription problem:   My name is Patricia F Derrick.  I have replaced my non-functioning pc with this current laptop, and think that my subscription covered this computer also.  My service description receipt reads: Windows Live OneCare $49.95.   Name and email address: patricia derrick  [removed email]    Payment Information reads:  [removed]   Is this subscription still in force?  If so, I need the service on this pc.  Thank you.  Would you please also use my yahoo email address for your answer?.... [removed]   THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

  • Go to http://onecare.live.com and click on member accounts on the left. Scroll down to add a computer. You will need to activate on the 2nd PC with the same LiveID you used on the original activation, your subscription LiveID, found under Help/About in OneCare on the 1st PC. You can have up to 3 computers running OneCare with the same subscription LiveID.
