For which version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
There is evidence that the installation may be counterfeit, as the Key in use is the Default Key, and the licensing process is being obstructed by something.
One way to clear the obstruction may be to install Service Pack1 for WIndows7 – which should repair the problem, if it is simply a case of a poor file, and then allow activation using your COA sticker Key, but ONLY if the Key is for Ultimate edition.

  • According to your MGA Report, you have two (2) major issues:

    1.  The installed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition is non-genuine and counterfeit.

    2.  The installed copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is non-genuine and counterfeit.

To correct these issues, you'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".

You'll also need to purchase a genuine Microsoft Office suite.  You can purchase genuine Microsoft software from the Microsoft Store.

Please note that you can Request Dell Backup Discs if you wish to reinstall the original Windows operating system that originally came preinstalled on your Dell computer rather than purchasing a copy of Microsoft Windows 7.
