  • My copy of Microsoft Office Professional Academic 2010 with Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010 isn't detected by OGA but it is genuine and it is installed. Why?

    Your situation is expected behavior.

    The Office Genuine Advantage Validation web site, and the mgadiag utility, have not yet been updated to work with Office 2010.

    AFAIK, there is no set date for when the site and the utility will be updated to work with Office 2010.

    The Office 2010 Product ID is viewable from within the Office program itself.  AFAIK this has been the case since Office 95.

    Internet Explorer has never had the native ability to display the Product ID of other Microsoft products.
