  • Hello lincolnlibby,

This forum is for the support of Vista Validation (non-genuine) support.

The error "Registration has stopped working" does not appear to be Validation related and your Windows and Office both showing as Genuine.

I recommend posting your question in one of the Vista Answers Forums http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsvista.  (Note: I recommend ensuring that you have the exact text of the error message. This will assist the support person in helping you resolve the issue in the shortest amount of time).

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
