Domain migration in CRM RRS feed

  • I am using CRM 4.0.I am facing an issue where the user has been migrated to a new domain(domain2) in crm and is no longer in domain1 in crm.However the user logs on to the same machine using his domain1 credentials to log onto crm by changing its IE settings.When he exports to excel the dynamic pivot table the user gets no data in it as the excel opens in machine in domain1 and the user is not present in domain1 in crm but domain2. The issue resolves and he gets data in it when the machine is also migrated to domain2. It is not possible to migrate all the machines and the pivot table is the most important feature.All the users will be migrated to domain2 in crm.
