Online Photo Backup fails RRS feed

  • I have used photo backup so far successful, however, now each time one care tries to backup photos it fails. The online helps suggests to check if:

    • I am online (yes, I am)
    • Enough disk space is available (yes, online and on my harddisk) and
    • If no other onecare task is running (no)
    As well online help is mentioning that the server might be busy. Since the problem is occuring for 2 weeks now, I guess, this is not the problem either,

    Did anyone have this problem too and has found a solution?

    However, since you now also have another post for a problem with backup, I think it may also be worth performing a reinstall of OneCare.

    thanks for your help, the link was interesting, but did not change anything unfortunately. I will post the complete thread with support once the problem is solved.
