  • they give aptitude test for testing out skills and technical interview for knowing our oral skills and presentation ability for the certian topic and how well we could perform without fear and hesitation. i experienced like this. is it right guys??????? what do u say????

  • Hi Most of the HR in company concerned about the money what ever they are getting for the campus recruitment.

    they are thinking about the knowledge what the student have...outside the CAMPUS

     

    So in it doesnt make sense the HR should be technical or not..... untill they are not changing their way of thinking....

    Here the question is not HR, we should more concerned about the way of recruitment process....

     

    I am not too much aware of NIFY....
