Is there academic versions (upgrade, oem or full) for Server 2003 or XP Pro?

I need XP pro or a 2k3 server to do some coursework using ASP.NET

You have to go to the pricing link: http://www.microsoft.com/Education/USAcademicPricing.mspx

I don't know about buying software outside of the US. I recommend you talk to your university since you'll have to go through them anyway to buy software.

couldn`t find any academic verz. of windows only office releases are available. are there any of the resellers for indian students also?
