I cant get this to down load security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows Server 2008 x86 (KB2572067)

Try downloading it from the following address

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27715

and installing it manually by running the installer package as Administrator.
