click turn off and restarts RRS feed

    science i didnt find what i was looking for on the rest of the forum, but i know it is some kind of intruder virus or spyware i post it here:


    when i click the turn off button either on the start menu or the case it turns back on as if i had asked to restart and at starturp it shows a window (about windows) wich shows all the technical info on the computer, i had tried the power options and i have scaned it fully, i have even tried external spyware applications and it does not help... what can i do???!!!

  • This could be caused by a stop error on shutdown but you don't see the stop error because the computer is configured to automatically restart. Right click My Computer>Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Settings, uncheck automatically restart. If the problem is a stop error you will now be able to see it.

  • I am doubtful that this is caused by malware.
