CRM form gets hanged/ freezed RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    Here is the issue I am facing.

    1. Open any CRM form.

    2. Go to Audit History.

    3. Click on a record link.

    4. Afterwards it keeps spinning and then even the manual page refresh wont help in resolving the problem.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • One possibility is that the query is timing out. If it's OnPremise, check the Application event log to see if there are any warnings or errors relating to this. Also how many audit records are there ?
