System is asking me to log in using the same email that I used to start the account. I am HUB pc. I have changed the email addy just today and tonight when tune up started running it caused the problem. NOW when I try to enter the OLD email which I used to start the account it will not accept that either. When I came here for assistance it registers the new email.
I am hoping I am not doomed to removing and reinstalling OneCare onto all three of my computers - there must be an easier way?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
