Can't manage circle/log in. RRS feed

  • System is asking me to log in using the same email that I used to start the account.  I am HUB pc.  I have changed the email addy just today and tonight when tune up started running it caused the problem.  NOW when I try to enter the OLD email which I used to start the account it will not accept that either.  When I came here for assistance it registers the new email. 

     

    I am hoping I am not doomed to removing and reinstalling OneCare onto all three of my computers - there must be an easier way?

     

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • I hope that you don't have to reinstall, either, but I have no experience with changing the LiveID for a subscription as this was not available in the past. First, verify that you have a subscription for your new email address by going to http://billing.microsoft.com

    If it shows the account and subscription for that ID, but OneCare on the hub is not accepting this ID, you can either reinstall and activate with the new LiveID or contact support to see what they say -
