  • Online version is the version hosted by Microsoft.

So that feature is not available in OnPremise version...

  • Do you mean Dashboards,

Dashboards are not available by default in On Premise Versions as of CRM Version 4.0 - You have custom create or integrate some 3rd party applications(That's how it is).

CRM Online is a hosted version of CRM (Not Onpremise).

  • If you have Sharepoint installed alongside on-premise MSCRM, you should be able to use the Sharepoint Design tool to create your own charts which you can then change the sitemap entry of an entity to load a custom page that features your charts and a MSCRM view.  There are tons of ways to implement charts on the on-premise version.  You have the option of doing the chart in SRS or Silverlight, or what ever charting tool you want as long as you can embed it on a webpage that you can then use to load.
