It sounds like you installed the 90 day trial and did not activate your One Care subscription. If you haven't already done so, open One care, select "Subscribe", follow the prompts to the payment page and when asked for a method of payment select "Pre-Paid PIN or Token". Enter the 25 character product key included with the CD and your subscription will become active.Sunday, July 13, 2008 6:26 PMModerator

I have throwed the box away and I only have the CD in my hand. Is there any chance to get the product key?

E-mail me at this address jrap107@msn.com , put One Care in the subject line and I will try to get your key replaced.Sunday, July 13, 2008 9:08 PMModerator

Thanks Jim for giving me another key. For OneCare new buyer, please rember "Keep your CD box and the product key".

Good advice.
The key is needed for activation and can be used when you need to contact support if you forget the subscription LiveID.
Jim provided a key that he had available. We do not have access to an unlimited supply of keys, so please don't ask for one.
