Reports Not Running [page cannot be displayed] RRS feed

  • Hello,

     

    I have MS CRM installed, and the Report Services are up & running, but there are no CRM Reports installed. I tried to see the http://<servername>/Reports and I get the Report Manager page but there are no reports.

     

    When I try to run a report on the CRM I get the page cannot be displayed error, i.e. nothing shows in terms on report results.

     

    Can you please help me understand/resolve this issue.

    Thanks for your reply. I am using CRM 3.0, I don't understand much about setting up the reports, this article you sent seems to talk about 4.0? Hope this is clear what I meant Smile

    you are not able to access the reports because the crm reports are not configured on your sql reporting services.. your reporting services are working fine..

    you need to run the deployment manager of CRM and define the SRS dataconnector URL and give the right path for the CRM reporting services

    Hello Khizer,

    I have reinstalled CRM on new server and when I view the reports on the page it says there is an error, please contact the administrator. However if I go to http://<domain>/ReportServer the reports page appears and there are no reports.

     

    Also I cannot see the "Customers" tab in the Workplace on "homepage" of CRM.

     

    Any advice? Any ideas? All apreciated.

    Customer tab appears when a new user is created, you cannot view it if you use the Administrator login and who only has the System Administrator role selected.

     

    Reports: How does CRM configur Active Directory? Reports are installed successfully and work fine when I run them from within the server, however when I try to run them from my machine I get asked to login again and I cannot view them. I think this is to do with the security permission but not sure how to make this work. Can anyone if has come accross this issue help me?
