When did you sign up as a MS partner? I don't see you affiliated as a Microsoft Partner (http://social.microsoft.com/Profile/en-US/?user=SWork)
If you've signed up in the last 2 days (with your Live ID account), it usually takes ~48 hours to propagate in the Forums site. "or" are you using the correct live id account when you registered as a Microsoft partner?
If you've associated the correct live ID account (same as Forums sign-in) and have been registered more than 48 hours, please contact our support team so they can assist you on this issue.

Thanks.

Another thing to validate is to be sure to use the same live id sign in as you are using at the partner portal: https://partners.microsoft.com

Part of the problem is that I am associated with an Australian company. I have access to PartnerSource, I log issues on VOICE, etc. When I go to Associate my ID it says I am already associated. A few of my Australian counterparts are having the same problem, yet others can access the Partner Forums fine.
