  • Hello dale5924,

      I am unsure what issue you are reporting.

      Your Diagnostic Report is showing Vista as Genuine and I don't see any other error codes.

      In addition, you state that you upgrated your Vista from XP yet your Diagnostic Report show that your Vista is using a COA SLP key.  That key only come with computer's that come pre-installed with Vista...so I don't understand what you mean by upgrading.


    I am closing this thread as Answered. If you are still having an issue, please create a new forum thread and provide a more detailed description of the issue as well as a Diagnostic Report taken at the Same Time as the issue is occuring.
