Validation Failure

Question
-
My company recently provided my wife Office 2007 Professional Enterprise. Installed it . . . went through the activation process . . . no problem. Performed an initial update (on XP Pro as well as Office) and all went well. Updates installed with no problem. Then when I attempted to install some of the add-ins, I went throught the validation procedure, and dang nab it . . . I get the following:
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007:
Validation IncompleteThe validation process could not be completed. Necessary files may have been tampered with. The validation tool is unable to verify whether your copy of Office is genuine.
Now . . . I know for an absolute fact that the company my wife works for would NEVER in a million years distribute pirated copies of Microsoft Office to anyone. In fact, the DVD the software is on is SOOOO Microsoft it's pathetic. Cool holographic and all! So what's the deal? How can I get validated?

Raleighrealtor,
Your wife should ask the IT staff at the company where she works.

Hi raleighrealtor
That message does Not say your wife's office is Non-Genuine. It says the tool was unable to Validate due to missing, corrupt, or tampered files.
I am moving this post over to the Office Validation forum (the one you posted in is the Windows XP forum)
We request that you run the Genuine Diagnostics tool to try and identify the issue you may be having.
Download and run the utility at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 , then click the Windows tab, Copy, then Paste the report into a response message in this thread.
