I cannot get address columns to display in Contacts screen

Question
-
When I open a contact record, there are Street1, Street2, Street3 and City, State and Zip Code fields, but when I go to the View Settings, Current view button and try to select address columns the Street addresses are not a choice. When I select Business address it comes up blank all the time, even when I have Streets filled in.
Basically, I want to see the columns (most of them anyway) in the General section of the contact record when I am on the Sales/Contacts page. I cannot get an address to display to save my life!
Thanks!

If you want to add these columns to the main grid it is easy. What version of CRM do you have?
For 2011:
Go to Settings / Customizations / Customize the System
Open Entities / Accounts and select Views
Double click on Active Accounts
Select Add Columns
Add the columns you need.
Save

I cannot get the zip code, either.
Apparently the columns Business Address City and Business Address State return the data in the General/Address section of the contact record for City and State/Province fields.
I suppose it would have been too easy to use the exact same field names in the picklist as are on the Contact form, eh??
Thanks in advance for any help.

Grrrrrrr.
Thanks for the info, but I wish the button that allows you to change columns inside the Outlook plugin worked right, though. It's kind of stupid to have the button there an not be able to get those fields. Plus why do the City and State/Province columns have data, but not street info? Weird.
I like the product a lot, but the way some of the features work/don't work, like this one, are really really bizarre.

Nope. No help. Perhaps I am not clear enough in my description of where I am and what I want.
I have CRM 2011 Online version, but use it primarily from within Outlook 2010.
When I am in the CRM area of Outlook, In Sales/Contacts in the My Active Contacts view with the columns, and when I click on the View tab, there is a View Settings Current View button on the toolbar. When you click that, there is no way to get the Street1, Street2 data to display in the columns in that My Active Contacts view.
I did the changes suggested above, no help.
