Dynamic CRM 2011 Outlook client configuration error: Cannot find any organization on the server. RRS feed

  • Hello!

    I have a problem with Dynamic CRM 2011 Outlook 2010 client configuration. When I try add new CRM organization I see error:  Cannot find any organization on the server. But organization on server is defined.

    Any ideas how resolve this problem?

  • Is the Organization enabled in the Deployment Manager and do you have a User added with Security Role for the user logged into the client machine?  If the answer to all of the above is yes, please ensure that you can log into CRM using the Web browser before attempting to configure the CRM Outlook Client.
