Help, my computer crashed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving during the "configuring updates, do not turn off."
I have a complete One Care Back Up from Nov 12, with all my contacts and inbox. (at least I assume One Care Backs them up during a full back up)
I have done a restore, but the inbox and all contacts are missing. All I have are "deleted items," "Unread Mail." and a bunch of RSS from Microsoft. I have read and reread the instructions on backing up email on the One Care Help, but nothing seems to help.
I really need these contacts and the inbox from my One Care Back Up.
How do I get it?
