burning a cd on media player

The cds I burn will not play on any other player. They will only play on this computer. That pretty much defeats the purpose of burning a cd in the first place. Any ideas?

You have to ask this question in the Windows Answers Forum at the following address

Anyway, check the burning options and verify that you're creating an audio CD and not a data CD.
