KeyUpdate Tools reports "telephone activation require"

  Hello from Germany!
  
  We run a couple of DELL PCs. After checking all PCs with WGA, we noticed that four of our PCs have a volume licence key installed in case of the correct XP pro key.
  
  Now I try to change the keys with the MS KeyUpdateTool and after entering the new key, the following message shows up at
  two of the PCs:
  
  
  "The product key you have entered will require telephone activation
  
  Would you still like to continue?"
  
  I dont want to crash those PCs in this moment. What to do in this case? Will XP stay installed and working after changing the key? Or will I not be able to re-activate it?
